There is a new opportunity to join The Lifehouse! This time round we are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE GENIUS who has something really special to bring to the team. The successful applicant will have oodles of energy, unquestionable moral responsibility to the role and totally prepared to be dynamic in a challenging and expanding business.
Working primarily as PA to the director and front of house, your interpersonal skills will be exceptional. You will be expected to manage and multi task a wide variety of administrative duties. You will have an extensive knowledge and experience of finance packages and the ability to set up and establish an accounting and budgeting system with appropriate software.
Your IT skills will be highly proficient and you will have confidence in producing reports and business documentation. Knowledge of good HR practice would be beneficial. Your literacy, numeracy and communication skills will be outstanding.
Equally important is that your character is bright, cheerful and ever optimistic! You will be fit as a fiddle and ready for anything! Being part of the team will enhance your enjoyment of the job.
If you think you have the skills needed to meet this demanding role then please do get in touch. It is a salaried position for 52 weeks with 8 weeks annual leave. Starting salary £20K with annual increments and opportunity for career development. Job is entirely new so starting date can be flexible but must be in place by January 1st. Working hours would be Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30 as core hours but some flexibility around that on a day to day basis. Work pension scheme is in place.
